Shipping and Charges

The following terms and conditions apply:

Dispatch conditions

The products are delivered all over the world.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Zone 1:

• United Kingdom, Switzerland, Austria, Germany and EU-Countries: From a purchase value of € 70.00 delivery is free of charge. If the vale of goods is less than € 70.00 and you wish to pay on account, then the shipping costs are € 5.00. If purchase value is less than € 70.00 and payment is made in advance, shipping costs are € 2.50.

Zone 2:

• No shipping costs starting from a purchase value of € 200.00; otherwise € 5.00 for shipping will be charged.

Zone 3:

• No shipping charges starting from a purchase value of € 400.00; otherwise € 80.00 for shipping will be charged.

Zone 4:

• No shipping costs starting from a purchase value of € 500.00; otherwise € 100.00 for shipping will be charged.

Zone 1 (EU) including Switzerland and United Kingdom:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (except Faroe Islands and Greenland), Estonia, Finland (excluding Åland Islands), France (except overseas areas and departments), Germany, Greece (except Mount Athos), United Kingdom (except Channel Islands), Ireland, Italy (except Livigno and Campione d'Italia), Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands (except non-European territories), Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta + Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus / Republic (except northern part), including Switzerland.

Zone 2 (Europe excluding the EU):

Zone 3 (World):
Egypt, Algeria, Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Yemen, Jordan, Qatar, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tunisia, United States, United Arab Emirates

Zone 4 (Rest of World):
All other countries and areas that are not listeted in zone 1, 2 and 3.

Please note: We generally deliver worldwide. However, due to differing country regulations, a particular product may not be sold in a specific country (for example taurine in Japan).

Delivery of download items:

Supply of download products: Download products (digital content which is not supplied on a physical data carrier) do not incur shipping costs.

The customers can download the Download items via a link shared through email.
This email is sent with the access data for the Download within 24 hours after placing the order (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).

The customers can download the Download items in their customer accounts.
This Download is provided within 24 hours after placing the order (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).
The customers are also informed about the provision via email.

Delivery periods

Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 1 - 3 days, in case of foreign deliveries, within 3 - 5 days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Terms of payment

In case of deliveries within Germany, Austria and Switzerland you have the following payment options:

• Payment by invoice
• Prepayment via transfer (-2,50 € Discount)
• Payment via PayPal
• Payment via credit card (MastercCard & Visa)

For first time orders of new customers the maximum amount of all goods (Gross value of goods) is 200,- € paying by invoice.

In case of deliveries to other countries, you have the following payment options:

• Prepayment via transfer (-2,50 € Discount)
• Payment via PayPal
• Payment via credit card (MastercCard & Visa)

Further details on payment

As long as you make the prepayment , we will grant you 2.50 € reduction on the invoice amount of the order.

Payment by invoice is possible under the following condition:

For first time orders of new customers the maximum amount of all goods (Gross value of goods) is 200,- € paying by invoice.

The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 14 days.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the shipping of the goods.
